HOW IT WORKS

In just seconds, you can insert one of our UPF 50+ liners into your favorite baseball cap or hat and be confident that you are protecting your covered scalp and hair from the sun. And, the good news is, you can change hats as often as you like and still be protected from the sun. Just pop the liner out and insert into other hats. The UPF 50+ fabric is moisture-wicking and machine washable, so could extend the life of your hats.

STEP 1

Grab one end of the Sundercover® liner and tuck under the corner of hat sweatband at one edge.

STEP 1

First, choose a desired circumference size by adjusting the amount of overlap in the rim edge.

STEP 2

Continue to tuck Sundercover® liner under sweatband until you reach the opposite end of the sweatband.

Then, insert beginning at any point along the sweatband and tuck completely around the circumference.

For maximum coverage, grab back end of Sundercover® liner as you place lined hat on top of head.
